I was feeling very down and decided to fill up the pool with water and take a swim. Still struggling with a bad camera, its just for a while before I change it.
It was quite relaxing and exerting since am not really a good swimmer. But am getting there, just a step at a time practicing breathing techniques and floating. And also using my legs to paddle properly.
I also used the cool weather as my drive to sleep better. I've been getting less sleep at night due to stress. So after a brief shallow swim I took a nap for a while.
This was how I took my day. It has been a long wonderful weekend . And am ready to resume workouts tomorrow Monday morning.
