It’s the weekend and I for one am so very glad! I’ve had a rough week at work with lots of stress, working an extra day, and not enough help along the way!
Today was the pinnacle of it-I was running solo to deal with all aspects of running the clinic on a patient day except giving eye exams. It was helpful that we ended up with some holes in the schedule due to rescheduling and illness. Nonetheless, I was much busier than usual and unfortunately, the doc isn’t much help. He does the exam and pretty much walks away. I get it but at the same time, out of 4 office staff ( including me) I was the only one available to work. It sort of sucks! 😤
Anyway, it’s done and I have 4 glorious days off! Yippee! 🤠
