Hey Actifitters,
After an active day, it was much more difficult to stay motivated yesterday, the very humid heat was back. Le Chat was of course back to doing nothing. No wait, she never stopped doing that...
Kaia was also being lazy. At least until she saw this deer just behind the fence.
Then of course, she had to check it out and patrol the perimeter.
That didn't phase Le Chat. She just changed location, opting for the dog bed on the deck.
When it was time for our daily walk with Kaia, we didn't change our latest habit. We started behind the front yard, so Kaia and Le Chat could explore together for a while.
Then off to the forest of course. The puddles were still there, and once again, you can see a blurry Kaia running into one of them.
It started to get dark quickly, so it was kind of a quick in and out of the forest.
But we added a few loops in the neighborhood so we could pretend we hadn't been too lazy...
And that was it. As usual I struggle with the heat, but I think the constant temperature roller coaster makes it even more difficult. Hopefully winter will come early this year. I doubt it though, we only get mild winters now.
