My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2024 | Alive And Thriving Thursday

Greetings dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain. Health is a serious business, without a good health all activities is grounded.

I went out on a walk to day after finishing up the house chores and one other task that was on my hands.

I walk to Ikot Ekpene /Uyo roundabout on my way to Atiku road. At this hour the activities of people is at 80% compare to that of yesterday in the 8th day of the #endbadgovernment protest.

People are actually looking forward to engaging fully in their individual daily activities.

Meanwhile, I have recorded over 355,0 steps to keep fit and healthy. Thanks for being there.
