I had a great walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Ikpa road to reach the office. I have been out of the office for over a month now, and today here I am.

At the close of work, I walk back home feeling satisfied and energized. I have burn down some calories and my blood seems to pump better, no wonder it is good to engage in any forms of exercises.
I have achieved 7145 steps to keep fit and healthy, because a healthy person is not only a healthy nation but also a productive person both to himself and others around him.
