I just assume that you mean that in the long run, if the person doesn't push his/her limits, there would be less things that would be convenient for him/her sooner or later. 🤯🤓 !HOPE !DIY

Let's call it "no pain, no gain".
If one thinks he's pushing his limits, but he's not "suffering" (it goes easy), than that person isn't really pushing his limits.
