Are there any exercises at home that will help strengthen the muscles and the tendon to relieve the pain?😮

there are and i have been doing it for 2 days now. simple stretches and exercises

It’s easy to overwork muscles, I had what’s called sciatica six months ago, pain all the way down by one leg. Finally it is healed!🤗👍😊
