Hello Hello to all you wonderful Hivians and music lovers
My Cutie Cutie You Drive Me Crazy in This Ole House
Tuesday for me on Hive means three tune tuesday...
If you know me then you know I love to take my inpiration from somewhere.
Well this week is no different!
Here in the UK it was Mother's Day and yesterday I posted Magical Mothering Sundays over the years and in it reminisced about my mother, so as I was writing I was also thinking of some her favourite songs and artists.
Today we be doing some shakin! Yes Shakin' Stevens here we come!
It is Tuesday and that of course means that it's #ttt or #threetunetuesday and so it's time to share some tunes with you!
My Cutie Cutie You Drive Me Crazy in This Ole House
I am sure from the title some people will know the songs but for the youngsters I am not so sure!
As you know I love drawing in inspiration from many places for my three tune tuesday post.
@ablaze started #ttt 146 weeks ago! Go check out what it is all about on his latest post Irish Music for Three Tune Tuesday - Week 145 - 12 HBI shares to be won!
Do go support @ablaze as without him we would not have this mental fun musical activity that you can win HSBI from! I am happy to be one of the TWELVE sponsors and it is kinda fun checking out music from all over this global village of ours!
Long live #ttt 😁🎼 and #threetunetuesday
Today we are going to play three songs from across that channel and gave me a good excuse to speak some French!
Shakin' Stevens inspired ttt ~ get your grooves on
Shakin' Stevens - This Ole House
I do love doing my research, and I spend more time researching for my ttt post than I do writing it!
First up, I discovered Shakin Stevens is actually Welsh! Not only is he Welsh but his real name is Michael Barratt, which is quite ironic as in the UK Barratt is the name of a firm of ... housebuilders 🏡
Who knew ....?
Not fluffing me 🤣
Fun fact This Ole House
It is a real house and not a set or anything like that! The song was first sung by American popular singer Stuart Hamblen
Shakin' Stevens - Green Door
In keeping with the House and building theme we go back a bit to Green Door
Fun fact source
Who sang green door originally?
Green Door - Wikipedia
"The Green Door" (or "Green Door") is a 1956 popular song, with music composed by Bob "Hutch" Davie and lyrics by Marvin J. Moore. It was first recorded by Jim Lowe, which reached number one on the US chart in 1956.
Shakin' Stevens - You Drive Me Crazy
I think this title applies to certain women I know 🤣
Talking of women and crazy, I will pop in a bonus tune ... just because .. and wishing you a wonderful weekend and Cheltenham Festival..
Are you a horse racing fan?
This was the response when I asked this horse if I was going to win any money betting inthe horses this year at Cheltenham ...

Shakin' Stevens - My Cutie Cutie
I hope that you enjoyed these Shakin' Stevens tunes.
Did you girls get your dance groove on .. I think this might be more up @ifarmgirl's street than the normal older music I play ... I wonder if I got @beckyroyal and @beeeee shakin' !
Which was your favourite (if any) ?
Note: The three four YouTube videos that I have shared are not owned by me, I am simply spreading great music on Hive.
I wish that you all have a brilliant rest of your week, and until we meet again enjoy your tunes 🎶🎵🎶
