I hope it's okay that I decided to share food photos in this corner of HIVE, and not in another ones where it would probably be more appropriate to the theme. Or maybe I shouldn't be so hard on myself, because this is also a kind of food photography, right? And I love food, and I love photography, two loves and hobbies that goes together. ❤️
Fried chicken fillet in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, which was marinated first in a marinade of sour cream, mustard and spices. Served with lettuce and some domestic cow cheese. Mmm.
Risotto with greens and vegetables, a vegan lunch that goes perfectly with a fresh green salad and coconut oil cheese. One radish for decoration, hihi.
This is also a vegan dish ideal for breakfast or dinner, which was the case for me. I fried tofu cubes in olive oil and added a little corn flour for crunch. Seasoned with turmeric and sesame, served with arugula, olives and lean mayonnaise.
Perhaps the simplest of all these, but the most delicious, fried salted carp fish. Delicious!!! So much so that I always eat it plain, without bread to not spoil the perfect taste.
One of colorful breakfasts I had this week. I mixed up almost everything I found in the kitchen. A little arugula, a little radish, coconut cheese, gluten-free toast, drizzled with olive oil, a little lemon and salt. Fingers lickin' delicious.
I can't remember exactly what was in this tortilla flat bread that I made, I only remember that the main ingredient was buckwheat flour and some other ingredients that I added according to the recipe. It's important that I remember the phenomenal taste, right? And that I took a picture, that's important too, hehe. 😁
And another colorful vegan dish. I will leave it to you to recognize its composition. Let me know in the comments what you see on a plate. 😊
