Sure, i will try my best. For example, I just pulled up your account on Steemit. It says you were active 20 hours ago. I looked at your posting activity and saw that you are not that active posting content. You are mildly active in commenting and do have wallet activity. All of that is 'Active of Steem'.
'Inactive on Steem' would be where there haven't been any posting of content or comments. There would be no further wallet activity, and the account would then therefore become Inactive.
So, as you asked, the last 2 years of not posting is not sufficient due to the other activities.
You can continue to curate any accounts that you wish. However, that curation towards your friends remaining there must be here on Hive. If you continue to curate them on Steem then that will keep you in an 'active' status as a user there on Steem.
You can leave all of your coins on Steem in your wallet, or you can exchange them for something else. But ongoing wallet and transaction activity on Steem will also keep a user in an 'active' status.
I hope this helps clarify a bit for you.
I have given a period of time (which will be fairly generous) in order for everyone to make their decisions, arrangements, and take whichever actions suit them and their situation the best. There is no ill will towards any users there, but rewards from Hive (from this community at least) will only be distributed to those that are Hive exclusive.
