Occasionally it's necessary for me to approach photographs of a different style. In this case I want to share with you some shots I took at one of the "Ecobici" stations in the city of Buenos Aires. For a long time I have followed an editing style called Moody where some tones are eliminated and others have lighting removed, it is more or less like a kind of "Splash".

As you can see, the background of these photos is practically colorless while the main objective, which is the bicycles, has its own intense color. Also other details have red, blue, orange tones but not light colors.

I think a little simplicity is very good sometimes, so with the 50 mm lens I decided to take these shots although originally in my opinion they look better with the 85 mm lens because of the bokeh.

Now we have two types of tones at the bicycle rental stations, the orange one is sponsored by the ITAÚ bank and now they have added blue bicycles sponsored by the Macro bank. Regardless, they are the same bicycles and what really matters is that they are all in good condition for use.

So, I took several photos directly of the accessories or some parts of the bikes looking for that bokeh that is so captivating. I got interesting shots but they could have been better.

I ask myself: What would these types of photos look like if it were at night? I think I will try to do this, I can imagine something more attractive with a bokeh full of circles of lights and the main lens would look more captivating.

The photos were taken in the Recoleta neighborhood, around the "Facultad de Derecho" station of the Buenos Aires subway.
