I laughed about the cigarette because I imagined lots of cigarettes and I actually quit smoking a long time ago... But anyway... I apologise if my comments come across that way.

I understand these dishes are not familiar to you or common in your country. These are not common here either as we don't have zebras and kangaroos running around free. These are considered delicatesse in my country and cost 3 - 4 times a normal dish, we don't eat it every day, but we only live once, so I thought why not taste it.
