That's a great outcome. It could have gone very different if everyone involved werent calm and even tempared.

Speaking of people, I think the average person just wants an easy-going life, we're all just getting on with it. Most people too, are happy to help and assist strangers, if they can.

A few days ago we were in the car, and as we were about to take off the battery was dead. So, as we're there with the bonet up a guy walks over and asks if we need help, so he leaves and comes back with a cool battery pack to give it a jolt. A bad situation was quickly turned around, and we were on our way back home to get the kids fed.

Infairness, a bunch of people drove and walked past without offering to help, but all it took was that one guy to sort it.

I agree. Most people are decent enough when given the chance.

We’re fairly isolated out here and rarely see a soul, but even we’ve occasionally been called into action in pursuit of marauding cattle or runaway dogs.
