I'm a great fan of all fruits and veggies, and I always buy lots of them even if there is something I see for the first time.
This time I was surprised by this nature beauty that appeared to be very delicious in many meals!
It's cabbage, some kind of it, and it looks absolutely fantastic, yeah? It looks like it's not real, but made by 3d-printer;) Btw these veryn words I heard at the market from a man that was surprised not less than me;)
I was thinking what to cooks with this nice veggie, and decided to add it to soup and meat - both variants were great! And nice:)
Medlar is one more love for me.
It can be met not so often at the market but when I see it, I but it at once because it's not even fruit for me, it's like a dessert! I can eat it by a spoon, and it tastes like a delicious cake.
And it's very healthy as well! It's great for our digestion, skin, hair, heart and it's full of vitamins and minerals.
What a nice nature gift for us - a healthy dessert with so unusual taste.
