There are seed oils that are very good and I have used them, for example coconut oil I have consumed and I have also used it in my body, what I can say is that you must be careful with the amounts because they can have harmful effects, particularly coconut oil has given me a headache, so I almost do not consume it and when I do it is as if it were a medicine and for a few drops. Greetings @minismallholding
While coconut is certainly a seed, it is generally not classed as a seed oil, which is why I tried to clarify in my second paragraph what is catagorised in this way. Most seed oils are high in polyunsaturated fats while coconut oil has a very different composition and is mostly saturated fats.
I believe people will react differently to different oils and should certainly tailor the way they eat to that. A good approach is certainly to use everything in moderation. If you react badly to a food then it shouldn't matter how many people claim it's good for you, the truth is that it might not be. Just because it helps them it doesn't mean it will help someone else.
