Good evening to all my friends. I hope you all are doing well. I am having a fantastic day. Today morning woke up late because it was a holiday in india. Did my breakfast and again went to my bed. Weather is so cold, in night yesterday it went 8°c. Cold wave is going on in most of parts of india. Btw evening when i was sitting in my home, my one of friend called me said, lets do a BBQ party tonight. I said yes!! Why not. They bought meat my home and i did Meritnation. After few hours we started to cook. Ahh! It was awesome. You all know how famous i am in my village for making delicious kabab.
If you want to about the recipe. Do a comment I'll tell you 😁. It's not much costly but the masala i use is not available in most of places. I order this masala from Bangalore. Actually my brother lives there so whenever i need this masala. I call him and order through him. 1kg kabab masala cost 400Rs (3.5$) and you can marinate 15kg meat in this masala. Till now i have shared so many BBQ post but today i wrote about the masala 😁.
