As I was wandering aimlessly around Bedford town centre, something caught my eye.

It was this new shop, and the perspective of good vegetarian Indian food made me instantly hungry. I do eat (mostly) vegetarian after all!

I entered inside, it was looking cool enough, so I decide it to give it a go. The menu looked complicated and long, and they got so many interesting dishes that I had a hard time deciding what I want.

I started with a lentil soup. Good choice, it was hot, filling and spicy (just enough to warm me up after a walk through the cold October rain).

Next, I noticed that they got a whole section dedicated to paneer cheese, as I like that, I selected a random recipe that was not too spicy. Fried paneer with a coat of spices. Looking good, but the portion was huge, making me wonder about my next order.

Lucky for me, the vegetarian curry that I ordered was in a smaller bowl, and I only asked for one naan bread, so I added the remaining fried paneer cheese into the curry managing to finish my lunch.
Sadly there was no room left for dessert, so I may need to come and visit the place at least one more time.

Even the way out was different, as they got a heartfelt message strategically written above the door.
