There r multiple counter downvote groups on hive. When someone counter downvotes, they r risking their curation returns.
One such project is @hivepakistan. It provides counter downvotes for Pakistanis related to extremist vegan group, anti religious groups and opinion based downvotes.
There was a popular project called FreezePeach, it was known for countering downvotes but later the project closed due to lack of Delegation support.
Currently, HiveDownvoteRewards (which is a pro downvoters group) has a channel named #casualty-cares, if you can dm me about your particular reason of getting downvotes, I might vouch for you to add you in counter downvotes bot. Who knows, you would end up saying:
