Making some Potatoe waffles with my new waffle iron

I bought an waffle iron and it was delivered yesterday, so I had to try the potatoe waffles that are pretty easy to make. First boil some potatoes in hot water until they are perfectly cooked and then squisch teh potatoe in the waffle Iron and bake until it gets the first crispy crust, or longer depending how you like it. I like it the best when the first parts of the potatoe start to get brown so you have a nice light brown crust on the outside. Then you can serve the potatoe with some salt or ketchup if you like.

The bigger potatoes you use the better or more waffle like the results are. I tried with some small potatoes then there is only a small part of the waffle iron filled and it doesn't really look good but tastes great.

I will defenitely use it often for some potatoe waffles since they taste very good and it is a very easy dish. I will also try to make some classic waffles from dough soon.
