I've never had beef liver; pork liver is more common here, probably because beef here is more expensive. Yes, this really goes well with rice, more rice needed for this. 😊 I imagine this is also popular during big occasions. The liver looks so tender.

Pork liver is also served here, but I personally prefer beef, although as you say, it's more expensive. I love it when it's juicy. Have a nice day.
