CHEERS šŸ» TO 100th PROMPT ON HL COMMUNITY!

Life goes on as always. And it surely waits for no one. So this is why we just have to keep living as much as we are alive.

Just like yesterday, this week will mark the 100th week of nonstop hive learnerā€™s community prompts editions. There are times when I saw other communities have their prompts above 100. I do wonder how they started and those that started with them. It must have been a long journey. I have always wished to experience such too. And this is what hive learners brought to life.

No author in the Hive Learners community won't have something to say about the community, there will always be a remark, many of which we can't express on our blogs at times except for times like this. And I am glad to be a part of this great achievement.

Many times when I feel the community might run out of topic suggestions. But Nay! Itā€™s always fresh every week with lots of fun. There is nothing much I can say but to keep appreciating the communityā€™s effort, and also wish us many more successful times.

Life itself is a journey, and we have life lessons, mistakes, achievements, errors, and misconceptions about life. There are times when I think about why I was even a citizen of this country Nigeria. šŸ˜‚. But I realized that thinking alone won't change anything. Instead, I should work better and make Nigeria a nice place to exist.

So does the hive learners community. There is no way one would journey a 100 weeks without having anything to say about the journey.

Lesson Learned

I have learned to deal with procrastination through this community prompt. How? This is because when I procrastinate then I am bound to miss out on the deadline provided. So it's worth it that I wrote it earlier than not even writing at all.

Abiding by a deadline has also been a great lesson learned from the 100 weeks in the community. There is no extra time for latecomers. So once you canā€™t meet up then it's over. Meeting specific deadlines for each prompt is one thing I get to learn and appreciate.

Engagement is key. Hive Learners gave me a true definition of what engagement is all about. The fun part is the more you engage with others, the more you get recognized. So I don't think the community has something to benefit from the engagement rather than granting it as an added benefit to our blogging career.

I have been a little consistent too. And this is because it's not all the topics I write on. Just like weā€™ve shared some difficult topics we have hard times with. However, my consistency remains over an average score. This is all thanks to the Hive Learners community.

Keeping to rules is just another tribute to the hive learnerā€™s community. The community had made it clear about the rules and also got strict by abiding by them. Once your word count is below 500 then you are out of the game, no plagiarism! You shouldnā€™t dare get closer to that. Source your images properly, and use the correct tags. All of these were strictly maintained and regulated over 100 weeks.

My Achievement

One thing I achieved so far is the aspect of earning while learning. It wouldn't have been so easy if there was no token of appreciation from the community. The earning aspect made learning easier. I can increase my reputation through the support I get from the community. It is well appreciated.

Little mistakes and misconceptions so far.

No one is free from mistakes, so I made mistakes too. There was a time when I used the wrong tags for weeks. The right tag was hl-w97e1 but I used the wrong tag hl-wk97e1 and that slight mistake, cost me a lot. I lacked engagement and support over that time.

So this made me have some misconceptions about the community at that time. I see every other user get attention and also get supported. But mine was left out. I thought the community was in favor of some set of people without knowing I was the one at fault. Till I got that right was when I realized the community was never the way I thought.

This is my response to the hive learners community weekly featured content on Hive for the week 100 and the topic to be discussed is 100 WEEKS OF LESSONS

As in I can procrastinating for ever but when I get to Hive Blockchain I don't have a choice than to do whatever I want to do on time, since the prompt will expire.
All thanks to HL community for giving us the chance to grow and for teaching us how to write a good content because if not for HL community I personally would have given up on Hive Blockchain.

This is good that it helps you to be punctual, To be on time is always good.
The engagement has many benefits and it leads to the success. New users always miss this.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
