Skipped a pickleball session in the morning to bring mother-in-law for medical appointment. In the afternoon, I went to Marina Bay Sands to attend a shareholders Annual General Meeting.
上午为了带岳母去看医生，没去打匹克球。下午，我去了滨海湾金沙酒店参加股东周年大会。
There were two companies AGM on the same floor.
同一层楼有两家公司的年度股东大会。
I went to register at the one I was going to and grabbed a packet of sandwiches.
我去我要去的那家公司登记，然后拿了一包三明治。
Then went to the room where the meeting was held.
然后去了开会的房间。
Sat the sandwiches next to me.
把三明治放在我旁边。
After the meeting, I went to the next room to get a coffee and ate the sandwiches.
会议结束后，我去隔壁房间喝了杯咖啡，吃了三明治。
It was raining heavily.
雨下得很大。
I went to take the MRT train home before peak hour.
我赶在高峰时段乘地铁回家。
Back at Toa Payoh, it was still raining but these popped up stalls must be glad they were sheltered.
回到大巴窑，雨还在下，但这些临时摊位肯定很庆幸自己有地方躲雨。
