Shearing of palliative to the students that worsen our situations as students.

Nothing is free in this life. Whenever you hear that something is been shared for free, then you need to question it.

I was just at home on Tuesday evening when one of my class mate called me to inform me that someone told her that there will be palliative tomorrow which happens to be Wednesday in school. The way she sounded I felt that I need to be there to see things for myself and also receive my own share.

The next day I went to school and discovered that the governor of our state sent rice to be shared to students. To cut the long story short, we stood outside of the hall for almost two hours and finally we were allowed to go in and wait for the time of sharing. We had to wait for another two hours before the arrival of the governor. He made his speech and promised to give each student two little bags of rice and #5,000.00. we were all happy at the hearing of what the governor said.

When the governor left the premises, students stood up to carry their two little bags of rice to go home, but were denied of their rights. Saying that they are only permitted to go home with one bag of rice without the #5,000.00. we even asked them to allow us to go with only the rice excluding the #5,000.00, but our plea fail on deaf ears. Students finally went home with just one little bag of rice (5 measure)

Nothing is free. We stood under the sun for about four hours and just went home with 5 measures of rice. There is God ohh. Well, we thank God for what we received and we pray that God bless the governor for remembering us.

It is well, well-done for all the efforts.

Thanks dear.

The rate at which corruption has eaten our country up is really disheartening. Thank God they even allowed the one bag, there are instances where entire palative was diverted

God help us with all these kind of attitude of the government. Is better they give scholarship than all these games of deceit nah.

So sorry for such endurance. Please how many bags did you come home with perhaps I'll come for my share.

It's well
