As a living creature we need food to get energy. Without energy we can't survive. Carbohydrates are source of energy but we also need protein to built and repair our cells, muscles and vitamin and minerals to help in this process. So, our diet should be well balanced. These days many experts, social media influencers promote this or that type of diet. Some says this food is good, some says that food is bad. So, it becomes very difficult to chose a suitable food stuff to eat.
I think our diet should be balanced. We should have cereals, fruits, vegetables etc. in our diet. We should not eat anything in a big quantity. We should not be dependent on a few types of things. We should also not become obsessed with costly food items, fruits, vegetables etc. There is no miracle fruit or food stuff in this world. Nothing can make you superman or superwoman. But remember, a well balanced diet can keep you healthy and strong.
Some people avoid meat, alcohol etc. but I have seen that those people who are very cautious about their health also get ill. Even a regular smoker and drink taker can stay healthy and live long. It also depends on your genetic structure. Costly food are not so good as they are being promoted.
So, stay away from thinking about what should you eat. You should eat many things but should not rely on a few things. This is the secret of a perfect diet.
