Quick dinners are my favorites. After a long day at work, I don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. That's why my dinner today was super simple, quick and above all super delicious. Some simple shawarmas.
Mainly the meat was seasoned, very well seasoned with curry, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Then it was taken to the frying pan until perfectly cooked, and then cut into thin strips.
The onions were cut into julienne strips and immersed in water with vinegar to make a kind of pickle. And we cut some branches of chives.
Then we proceeded to assemble our shawarmas, the Arabic bread was spread with mayonnaise, placing the meat in strips and on top of it the pickled onions with chives. Then let's proceed to rolling. And ready we have our dinner in less than 20 minutes!
