10 dias enfocada en comer delicioso, exquisito.
Este dรญa me enfoque en preparar comida sabrosa tenia antojos de sopa amo la sopa y las hamburguesas quise hacerlo a mi estilo de mi alimentaciรณn pero que tenga todo lo que me gusta amigos.
Sigo compartiendo con ustedes Mi Diario de Comida:
Para motivarme compartiendo con ustedes en comer sano, en no perder mi enfoque, en ser CONSTANTE y responsable con mi meta a futuro.

Mi Diario de Comida Dรญa 10 estuvo asรญ:
๐ 09:00am Jugo verde ๐ (Chayote y limon)
๐ 10:30pm Desayune un sandwich de carne.
๐ 01:00pm Almorcรฉ sopita de paz โ๐ผ jeje de pata de pollo.
๐ 06:00pm Cene carne y canastas de platano rellenos.
Les cuento el sandwich lo hice de base para sustituir el pan lo hice con una tortilla de huevo ๐ฅ y queso, lo rellene de carne, queso, aguacate, tomate, cebolla y queso parmesano, uff quedo delicioso amigos.
La sopa la hice con pata de pollo, papas y zanahorias quedo suculenta y obtuve todo su delicioso colรกgeno.
De cena mi esposo llego temprano del trabajo y me invito a almorzar de entrada pedimos canastas de plรกtano rellanos de pollo y carne desmechada gratinados con queso, estaban muy deliciosos.
De fuerte me pediรกtrica un churrasco termino medio, pero lo cocinaron bien cocido y no me lo termine todo ya estaba llena con lo de la entrada amigos.
Cuenten que les pareciรณ este dรญa de comidas amigos?
A mi me encanto este menรบ de este dรญa estaba delicioso.
Tambiรฉn tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueรฑo. Recibi un lindo detalle de la mina de sal en colombia.

Good morning, my #hive friends. ๐
10 days focused on eating delicious, exquisite food.
This day I focused on preparing tasty food. I was craving soup. I love soup and hamburgers. I wanted to make it my way, but with everything I like, friends.
I'm continuing to share my Food Diary with you:
To motivate myself by sharing with you to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal.
If many can do it, so can I ๐ค
My Day 10 Food Diary looked like this:
๐ 9:00 a.m. Green juice ๐ (Chayote and lemon)
๐ 10:30 p.m. I had a meat sandwich for breakfast.
๐ 1:00 p.m. I had chicken foot peace soup for lunch โ๐ผ hehe.
๐ 6:00 p.m. I had meat and stuffed plantain baskets for dinner.
I'll tell you about the sandwich. I made a base instead of bread with an egg tortilla ๐ฅ and cheese. I filled it with meat, cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, and Parmesan cheese. Wow, it was delicious, friends.
I made the soup with chicken leg, potatoes, and carrots; it was succulent and I got all the delicious collagen.
For dinner, my husband got home early from work and invited me to lunch. For starters, we ordered plantain baskets stuffed with chicken and shredded beef, gratinated with cheese. They were delicious.
As a starter, I ordered a steak that was medium-rare, but they cooked it well done, and I didn't finish it all. I was already full from the appetizer.

I loved this day's menu, it was delicious.
I also took my magnesium citrate, vitamins, friends, they help me sleep.I received a nice gift from the salt mine in Colombia.
