Mi hijo le encanta estar pendiente de lo que hago en mis recetas, le gusta mucho la culinaria.
Hace dรญas fuimos por el mercado de la semana y me dijo mami quiero hacer un pastel, comparamos para hacer uno, pues eso hicimos quisimos hacer un famoso pastel tendencia llamado Beso de Angel.
El hizo el bizcocho tomo sus ingredientes:
Leche
Huevos
Mantequilla
Mezcla para pastel
Lo primero que hizo fue mezclar los huevos y la mantequilla, lo tuve que ayudar un poco jeje estaba cansado ya que era con batidor a mano, luego agrego la mezcla de pastel y la leche uniendo muy bien mi chef estaba inspirado.
Coloque el molde colocando mantequilla y harina para que no se pegara, coloco la mezcla y la llevamos al horno por 30 minutos amiguitos.
Pasado el tiempo lo retiremos de horno y ya habรญa en la casa un olor exquisitoooo, nos asombro mucho todo lo que habรญa subido, estaba perfecto lo dejamos reposar para desmoldar y con ayuda de un cuchillo lo partimos a la mitad para agregar las leches y remojarlo muy bien como si fuese una tres leche, luego se coloca el quesillo al medio que ya yo habรญa hecho un dรญa anterior.
Listo este Beso de Angel ๐๐๐ผ, se llama asรญ porque es muy sutil, suave, delicioso, con una textura ligera, tan deliciosa y suave que se asemeja a un beso. El lo decoro con chispas de chocolate y le quedo hermoso me sentรญ una mamรก orgullosa muy orgullosaaa.
Mi hijo dice que es un bocado celestial y esponjo con el bizcocho tres leches y la cremosidad de quesillo.

My son loves keeping up with my recipes; he's a real foodie.
A few days ago, we went to the weekly market and he told me, "Mommy, I want to make a cake." We shopped around for one, so we decided to make a famous, trendy cake called Angel's Kiss.
He made the cake. He took the following ingredients:
Milk
Eggs
Butter
Cake mix
The first thing he did was mix the eggs and butter. I had to help him a little, hehe, he was tired since he was using a hand mixer. Then he added the cake mix and the milk, mixing it well. My chef was inspired.
Place the cake pan with butter and flour to prevent it from sticking. He added the mixture and baked it for 30 minutes, my friends.
After a while, we removed it from the oven and there was already an exquisite smell in the house. We were amazed by how much it had risen. It was perfect. We let it rest before unmolding, and with the help of a knife, we cut it in half to add the milks and soak it very well, like a tres leches cake. Then, we placed the quesillo (curd) in the middle, which I had already made the day before.
This Angel's Kiss ๐๐๐ผ is so named because it is very subtle, soft, and delicious, with a light texture, so delicious and soft that it resembles a kiss. He decorated it with chocolate chips and it turned out beautiful. I felt like a proud mom.
My son says it's a heavenly bite, and it's fluffy with the tres leches cake and the creaminess of the quesillo.
