Nice job on the cleaning !

Something you could consider looking at is how much you can automate your listing process. I've never had much success using third-party tools (too many formatting issues), and it's a shame they discontinued Turbo Lister. But you can do a lot just using Notepad to create standardised blocks of text, and creating drafts and templates within eBay.

You could also experiment with their listing apps on your phone - I haven't tried them myself yet, but apparently they've got quite a bit of image recognition and AI going on to help you fill in listing info based on a photo. Even if you save it as a draft and finish it on your PC, it should speed the process up !
