Hello everyone!!
I hope you're all doing great today and always!!😊
My family always loves to eat chicken in any method of cooking. Our fur babies love having chicken in their meals too, so we always have chicken in our fridge, and I cook them in different recipes, and most of the time with veggies.
We still have some chicken fillet in our fridge, so I decided to cook crispy chicken tenders with cheesy and creamy sauce for dipping. I only have limited ingredients available at home, but I just invented the sauce with the available ingredients that I have. It is supposed to have some fresh herbs, which I didn’t have this time. Sadly, we are far from the market and supermarket where we temporarily live compared to our previous location.
So, without further ado, let's see how I did it.
Crispy Chicken Tenders with Cheesy and Creamy Sauce for Dipping...

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Fillet
- Flour
- Eggs
- Bread Crumbs
- Cheese
- Creamer
- Soya Milk
- Ground Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Magic Sarap Seasoning
- Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- Canola Oil
PREPARATION:

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly, then cut them into strips.

Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and Knorr liquid seasoning, and then set aside.
For the coating..

Crack and beat two pieces of eggs, then season with garlic powder.
Mix all-purpose flour with ground pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and magic sarap seasoning.
Mix bread crumbs with a little ground pepper and a little of the magic sarap seasoning.

Coat the chicken tenders individually first in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, then finally coat with the bread crumb mixture until they are all finished.

Then set aside.
COOKING TIME:

Heat some canola oil in a pan and then fry the coated chicken in batches until it becomes brownish. Repeat the process until all the chicken is cooked.
Let's now make the dipping sauce..
In another pan, heat a little amount of canola oil, or you can use butter instead. Then add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour, stir until the flour dissolves finely.

Then add the soya milk and creamer. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper to taste.

Then add the cheese, continue cooking by constant stirring until it thickens. Add just 1 tsp of white sugar to balance the flavor, then continue mixing the sauce for a few seconds.
And there we have it, all done and ready for plating and to serve.

It was so yummy...the chicken was so crispy outside, yet tender and juicy inside. The sauce really complemented the chicken. Our tummies were so full after eating, and just smiled at each other silently, saying we all enjoyed our meal.
I hope everyone had a satisfying and enjoyable meal with family, too.
That would be all for now, and see you around.
Thank you so much for stopping by and God bless...🙂🙏❤
