There are various ways in cooking chicken or even pork adobo. But I think the balance of using the amount of vinegar, soy sauce and other seasoning is the key to achieve a delicious adobo. As for me I added pineapple juice and sprite to make it more savory. I already posted here my chicken adobo recipe with chicken liver. But that was a bit long ago...I think 5 months ago..?
