never eat innards and dont want eat innards in my life. I really disgusting, because i seen once when in high school that learning about innards. and yeah i puke when seen that

Innards can be okay if prepared and cleaned thoroughly. But if not, you might get really sick. I can't blame you if you puke. Nasty stuff really does come in and go out of innards 😅 I agree with you on that 😅
