Even foods have their own combinations, and there are some foods which, when cooked together, fulfill all the needs of the bodyโ€”like iron, calcium, vitamins, potassium, and other essential nutrients.

There are some foods which are also known as the complete food for the body which at a time fulfills all the needs of the body. Just like Dates which have the special ability that provides all the necessities of the body.

Some foods are useful when eaten alone, and some foods become very powerful when cooked together. These combinations can fulfill all deficiencies in the body and provide you with the extra energy and power.

In your life, try to eat a balanced diet and stay away from foods that are harmful to the body. Avoid or eat very little of deep-fried foods. For example fried chicken, fried pakoras, French fries, fast food, or any food cooked in deep oil.

Try to stay away from these foods, and instead eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. If you want to live a long life and stay away from diseases, eat more fruits and vegetables, and eat very little meat.

I think you should make a monthly food schedule and write your daily meals on paper. For example eat vegetables 4 days a week, rice and fruits 2 days, and meat only 1 day. If you follow this, you will stay fit and stay away from diseases.

Also try to add liquid foods as well such as Milk, shakes, coffee and other drinks which are beneficial for the body. Don't forget to drink milk on daily basis which will make strong your bones.

There are also some foods that are eaten in combination, called 'combo foods'. Use these combinations and also try to feed them to your children, because they are complete meals and help in their healthy growth.

In todayโ€™s post, I am presenting a great food combination that is not only healthy but also very tasty. Have you ever heard of Daal Kulfa (Lentil Kufla)?

Itโ€™s very popular in Asian countries, and this vegetable looks like spinach. It is used in salads and dishes. It is famous for having a lot of iron and is very delicious.

Daal (lentils) is also widely used in Asian countries. When both are cooked together, the dish is called Daal Kulfa (Lentils with Kulfa), which is a strong and healthy food and works like iron for the body.

Today at lunch, I cooked Daal Kulfa and really liked it, so I thought of introducing it to you all. This dish is often used in salads and then cooked together. It is usually eaten with yogurt and is very tasty.

I also took some photos at different stages of cooking, especially when it was ready on the plate, along with all the food on my tablecloth, which looked very beautiful.

Looks yummy and nutritious, its very good to have for lunch and also dinner. I am curious of that green leafy vegetables you mixed it seems we have that here in the Philippines but we don't eat.. what is that vegetables ?
