Actually, there is a bit of a story about brunch that was unconditionally. Some of my friends and i attend a seminar about financial. It felt like something need to be fill to enrich our knowledge.
The seminar scheduled in the morning, so i didn't even have time to cook breakfast or lunch that day. So I head to my destination, a hotel ballroom. Unfortunately, i come home hungry. We have not even had time for breakfast or coffee, our usual morning routine.
So, we chose a restaurant near the hotel. It a random choice, but it turn out to have a wide variety of dishes. It make me curious about all the dishes as they included many local dishes. As someone who prides themselves on local food, it's no mistake to choose the right one.
I fall in love with one dish.. Ayam Bakar Taliwang. It's a simple name, but I fall in love with it at first bite. First things first, Ayam Bakar Taliwang is a Balinese favorite menu. I think almost everyone knows Bali, right?
Every bite is truly spiced, little bit spicy, and savory. Because Ayam Bakar Taliwang have such a complex flavor, you may really like it or dislike it cause it requires a palate to adapt to the more intense spices marinating the chicken.
This dish is incredibly completed feat rice, taliwang chicken, chili sauce, and condiments like soup and local vegetable. Furthermore, it's very affordable, around $2.50 for a complete menu and not including drinks.
