Let's talk about friends, do you have friends? Even though I'm an INTJ, I have friends who I think are very compatible with me. It seems like I can't accept many friends in my life, for some reason, I always choose my friends.
Not because I hate them but sometimes someone's nature can lead me to a lot of drama. I mean, you must have had a friend who is full of drama, right? It's annoying but it must have happened.
Maybe, I only have a few close friends, including these two friends. They both have become my friends and are still very close to this day. Especially traveling. They are both my traveling friends. A few days ago, we had a meeting, it only took 3 hours to finish our discussion.
Initially we really wanted to go to a coffee shop that was being talked about, but unfortunately I didn't get a single seat and moved to another coffee shop. But, instead, we got a restaurant with a Japanese feel.
In this restaurant there are fake cherry blossom trees of course, and the food also has a Japanese feel. Wait. It seems like Japanese food also has a menu. Like the Matcha that I ordered below. Really interesting, right?
Although it is not a ceremonial matcha, it tastes quite good. The taste of milk can cover the bitterness of the matcha powder that has been stirred with chasen, so that it produces a very good fine foam, so that when you sip it it feels very delicious, warm and fatty.
With a beautiful dessert, Japanese souffle with strawberry jam. Why is that souffle so soft like a cloud? Every piece and bite seems to be immediately absorbed by the tongue and disappears just like that. This souffle is made from eggs that are beaten very well, but there is no fishy smell of eggs at all. Sweet, that's all I feel on the tongue.
For the main menu, I chose salad. Really, this is all I think about. Salad is the link between me and sweet foods. Seriously. I have to reduce my blood sugar before it soars. Actually, it is an obligation before gulping matcha and souffle, I eat a bowl of salad until it runs out. I don't pour all the sesame sauce but I finish it all.
I only ate 3 types of menu, but my friend chose to enjoy matcha with whipped cream and also sandwich with fries. This food made us chat for a long time and spend time together. It seems like there will be a travel plan in the future! Just wait.
