It was a nice morning for Parkrun. I did feel tired when I woke up but then soon got the blood pumping during my warm up jog.

I had a slow start because I got boxed in at the beginning. I then found my pace ending up with a time within a couple of seconds of the previous weeks. I am consistent at least.
