Hey everyone! How are you? Today I want to share a wonderful experience I had on February 28th, my only sister @mairene1's birthday. I took her to a very special place for both of us: a Harry Potter-themed restaurant. Since we're both huge fans, we had a blast. My sister even got some creative content for her social media and found inspiration for her Harry Potter YouTube channel. We went there last year too, but we've noticed they keep adding new elements.
¡Hola, gente de internet! ¿Cómo están? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una maravillosa experiencia que tuve el pasado 28 de febrero, ya que fue el cumpleaños de mi única hermana, @mairene1, así que quise invitarla a un lugar muy especial para las dos, ya que es un restaurante temático de Harry Potter, y como ambas somos fanáticas, lo disfrutamos bastante, además mi hermana también aprovechó de generar contenido para sus redes sociales y encontró inspiración para su canal de youtube referente a Harry Potter. El año pasado también fuimos allí, pero hemos notado que cada vez incorporan nuevos elementos.
I love the Gryffindor common room spot; there are even a couple of cushions with Harry and Ron's initials, but the place also functions as a library, so you can enjoy any book you choose while you have your meal or snack 😃.
Me encanta el spot de la sala común de Gryffindor, allí incluso hay un par de cojines con las iniciales de Harry y Ron, pero además el lugar también funciona como biblioteca, puedes disfrutar de cualquier libro que elijas mientras degustas tu comida o merienda 😃.
My sister thoroughly enjoyed her order of British burger with fries, while I enjoyed an order of tempura sushi with crispy chicken pieces, which I accompanied with oyster sauce and sesame seeds, and of course I couldn't resist tasting my favorite drink, a piña colada mocktail, it was delicious.
Mi hermana disfrutó mucho su orden de hamburguesa británica con papas, mientras que yo disfruté de una orden de shushi tempurizado con trozos de pollo crispy que acompañé con salsa de ostras y ajonjolí, y desde luego no podía dejar de degustar mi bebida favorita, un mocktail de piña colada, estaba delicioso.
My sister, on the other hand, opted for a butterbeer in the best style of our favorite saga. She loved it (thank goodness!), but if I'm being completely honest with you, I didn't like this version of butterbeer at all. From what I could tell, it was made with buttercream, and that's something I don't like, even in its traditional use in baking. But the important thing is that my sister enjoyed it, and she did. She was having an amazing time, and I love seeing her happy and smiling 🤗 😃
Mi hermana por su parte se decantó por una cerveza de mantequilla al mejor estilo de nuestra saga favorita, a ella le encantó (menos mal) pero si soy completamente honesta con ustedes, a mí no me gustó para nada esta versión de cerveza de mantequilla, y es que según lo que percibí fue hecha con buttercream, y es algo que no me gusta ni siquiera en su uso tradicional en pastelería, pero lo importante es que mi hermana la disfrutara, y lo hizo, ella se estaba pasando un momento increíble, y a mi me encanta verla feliz y sonriendo 🤗 😃
There's a fantastic spot where you can dress up as a character straight out of the Harry Potter books 😁, so I jumped at the chance to choose my house robes, Ravenclaw, and start posing for the bed while my sister took some photos. It really elevates the experience; it's so much fun, you truly feel like you're part of the saga, and the other diners enjoy it immensely—at least my sister and I were having an absolutely fantastic time.
Hay un spot buenísimo en el que te puedes caracterizar como si fueses un personaje más salido directamente de los libros de Harry Potter 😁, así que yo no perdí la oportunidad para elegir la túnica de mi casa, Ravenclaw, y comenzar a posar para la cama mientras mi hermana hacía algunas fotos. Esto eleva el nivel de la experiencia, es muy divertido, realmente te sientes parte de la saga y los comensales lo disfrutan mucho, al menos mi hermana y yo la estábamos pasando increíblemente genial.
And of course, I gave my sister a gift, one she absolutely loved. If you're curious what it was, I'll tell you: it's nothing special, just skincare products. We both really enjoy skincare, haha. Is that why we always look so much younger than we actually are? Anyway, the important thing is that we had a blast, spent quality time together, and made some beautiful memories. 🤗
Y desde luego le entregué un regalo a mi hermana, uno que a ella le encantó, y por si ustedes tienen curiosidad por saber de qué se trataba se los voy a regalar, en es nada particular, se trata de productos de skincare, pero tanto ella como yo disfrutamos muchísimo del skincare, jaja ¿será por eso que siempre nos aparentan mucho menos edad de la que realmente tenemos? pero en fin, lo importante es que nos divertimos un montón, que pasamos tiempo de calidad juntas y creamos bellísimos recuerdos 🤗
