Yes friend, let's get acquainted with this vegetable a little. This green vegetable, rich in endless vitamin C, is very nice to eat. In our Bangladeshi language, its plant is called kachu. Its scientific name is Colocasia esculenta. Green leaves usually grow from this kachu. Especially some of its stems spread which we know as kachuralati.
