- Zanahoria, 1.

Iniciamos lavando con abundante agua y vinagre el repollo.

Para picar repollo utilizamos licuadora, en el vaso de la licuadora agregamos agua,repollo y batimos por unos segundos.
To chop cabbage we use a blender; in the blender we add water, cabbage and blend for a few seconds.
Luego colar / Then strain
Seguidamente en una ensaladera o recipiente echamos el repollo picado, luego rayamos zanahoria y picamos tomate en cuadros pequeños.

Amo el color que tiene esta ensalada.
Aderezamos con pimienta negra, sal, Mayonesa, mostaza.
