Organizamos en familia la celebración DÃa del Padre a orillas del RÃo Caronà con la finalidad de pasar un dÃa diferente desde la manana. Aunque no llegamos a las primeras horas de la mañana; pues si dio chance de disfrutar el dÃa y aquà lo comparto con ustedes. Sigan leyendo.

Llegamos a las 11am; ocupamos un espacio techado y con fogón para hacer parrillas; Julio fue el encargado de cocinar los chorizos que prepara en su empresa llamada Ahumados CaronÃ; entonces se comenzó a cocinar los chorizos.
We arrived at 11am; we occupied a covered space with a fire pit for grilling; Julio was in charge of cooking the sausages that he prepares at his company called Ahumados CaronÃ; then the cooking of the sausages began.
Mientras se cocinan los chorizos; se preparaba un picado de gallo que llama; que contiene: cebolla, tomate, cilantro, aguacate, limón, sal.
