When I was preparing the food, I wanted to make something simple but interesting. I came up with the idea to make roasted potatoes, but I like to experiment with new flavors and I got the idea to mix roasted potatoes with ground peanuts and roasted sesame.
From the ingredients I used:
-5 large potatoes
-1 head of black onion and 1 head of red onion
-1 dl sunflower oil
-Vegeta
-Ground red pepper
-50 g of sesame
-100 g of peanuts
-You can also put mayonnaise if you like, but it can also be done without mayonnaise

I cut the potatoes into slices and put them to soak in water

While the potatoes were boiling, I cut the onion into small pieces

Then I took a pan and toasted some sesame seeds on the stove in the pan.

In another pan, I poured 1 dl of sunflower oil and fried the onion.

When the onion was fried I added one tablespoon of veggie and one tablespoon of ground sweet pepper


I strained the mashed potatoes and put them over the fried onions and mixed them. Then I simmered everything together on a low temperature for a few more minutes so that the potatoes would absorb the oil, vegetables and pepper.


When the potatoes finished stewing, I poured everything into a large bowl and poured ground peanuts and sesame seeds. Then I stirred everything to combine all the ingredients.


As an addition to the potatoes, I fried squid rings in oil

As a suggestion for serving, I took a seasoning of dried Mediterranean herbs and poured it over the roasted potatoes. I like hot pepper, so I added one hot pickled pepper as an addition to the meal.
And now everything is ready.

I enjoyed it while having lunch.
