The time of Christmas Lent is a challenge for me to experiment and make new Lenten specialties. I came up with the idea of making a savory cake from the ingredients I have at home that can be eaten as a snack or for breakfast and dinner.
I used the following ingredients as ingredients:
Toast bread
300 g of chopped peanuts
150 g of finely chopped pickles
300 g lean mayonnaise
Half of margarine for cookies
that's about 125 g
2 Tunas with vegetables
3 tablespoons of ajvar

When I prepared all the ingredients, I started making the cake.
First, I roughly chopped 300 g of peanuts in a chopper

Then I cut 150 g of pickles into small pieces

I kneaded half the margarine in a bowl with a fork

Then I added 300 g lean mayonnaise to yesterday's margarine and mixed it with a mixer

Then I added 200 g of chopped peanuts and chopped pickles to that mixture and mixed everything.

Now I arranged 6 slices of bread on the tray, 3x2 slices of bread and got a rectangular shape. Then I spread half of the mixture over the bread

Then I took 2 cans of tuna and mixed it with 3 tablespoons of ajvar.

Then I arranged a new row of 6 slices of bread over the peanut and cucumber filling and poured the tuna filling with ajvar over it.

Above the tuna and ajvar filling, I arranged the third layer of 6 slices of toasted bread and covered with the other half of the peanut and cucumber filling

I poured 100 g of chopped peanuts over the top layer

The savory cake is done and ready to serve

I wish you a pleasant meal. It is very tasty.
