আশা করছি সবাই অনেক বেশি ভালো আছেন। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমিও ভাল আছি।
বাসার কাছে মাদ্রাসায় ওয়াজ হচ্ছিল গিয়েছিলাম ওয়াজ শুনতে। এছাড়াও এই মাদ্রাসায় আমার ছোট ছেলে পড়ে। যেখানে মহিলারা বসে ঠিক সেখানেই বসেছিলাম। কিছুক্ষণ পরে ছেলের জন্য কিছু খাবার দাবার কিনতে যাই। হরেক রকম খাবারের দোকান বসে ছিল। ওখানে গিয়ে ঈদের মতো আনন্দ ফিল করতে ছিলাম। ওখানে যাওয়ার পরে এমন একটা অবস্থা হল আমার ছেলে যেটা দেখে সেটাই কিনবে। শুধু খাবারের দোকানে বসে নিয়ে এছাড়া অনেক রকম খেলনা ও বসেছিল। আবার পাঞ্জাবি-পায়জামা টুপি জামা কাপড়ের ও দোকান ছিল।

I hope everyone is doing well. Alhamdulillah I am also doing well.
I went to listen to the sermon at the madrasa near my house. My younger son also studies in this madrasa. I sat right where the women were sitting. After a while, I went to buy some food and chess for my son. There were all kinds of food shops. I went there to feel the joy like Eid. After going there, it was such a situation that my son would buy whatever he saw. Not only did he sit in the food shop, but there were also many kinds of toys. There were also shops selling Punjabi-pajamas, hats, clothes and other things.
চুর মুড়ি।
আমার ভাষায় এটাকে চোর মরি বলি। বিশেষ করে আমরা যখন গাড়ি-ঘোড়ায় কোথাও যাই তখন দেখতে পাই ছোট আকারের প্যাকেট বিক্রি হয় ১০ টাকায়। আজকের চুরমুরি গুলো একটু ভিন্ন রকম ছিল। ১০০ গ্রামের দাম ছিল ৩০ টাকা। তবে এগুলো এক পিছে প্রায় 200 গ্রামের মত ছিল। আমি এবারই ফার্স্ট দেখেছি এরকম বড় করে চুরমুরি ভাজে। তাই একটু দাঁড়িয়ে ছিলাম কিভাবে তৈরি করে দেখার জন্য। যাইহোক আমার কাছে ভালো লেগেছে। খেতেও আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আমি এখানে একটা পিচ কিনে নিয়েছিলাম। আমরাও বাসায় তৈরি করি। কিন্তু এদেরটা দেখে একটু ভিন্ন রকম মনে হলো। তাই দেখে নিলাম। ইনশাল্লাহ আমিও এরকম তৈরি করব।
Chur Muri.
In my language, I call it Chor Mori. Especially when we go somewhere by car or horse, we see small packets being sold for 10 taka. Today's churmuri were a little different. The price of 100 grams was 30 taka. But these were about 200 grams each. This is the first time I have seen such large churmuri being fried. So I stood there for a while to see how they were made. Anyway, I liked it. Alhamdulillah, I bought a pitcher here to eat. We also make it at home. But seeing these, I thought they looked a little different. So I tried them. Inshallah, I will also make them like this.
অনেক রকম খাবার কিনেছি আর অনেক আনন্দ করে। আসলে খাবারগুলো কিনতে যতটা আনন্দ খেতে এতটাও মজা নয়। এই খাবারগুলো খেলে অনেক ক্ষতিও হয়। যেমন গ্যাসের অনেক সমস্যা করে। যার কারণে আমি সব রকম খাবারগুলো খেতে পারি নাই। তবে আমার ছেলেরা খেয়েছে। ওরা দুজনই বাহিরের খাবার বরাবর পছন্দ করে। শীতের দিনে তারপরেও এত লোক হয়েছিল এই মাহফিলে। ছোট বড় সব রকম লোকেরই ভিড় ছিল।
I bought many kinds of food and enjoyed it a lot. Actually, eating the food is not as much fun as buying it. Eating these foods also causes many harms. For example, it causes a lot of gas problems. Due to which I could not eat all the foods. However, my sons ate them. They both always like eating outside food. Even on a winter day, there were so many people at this mahfil. There was a crowd of all kinds of people, young and old.
আচারের দোকান।
আচার হচ্ছে লোভনীয় খাবার।এই খাবারটা দেখে কমবেশি সবার একটু লাভ। এখানে বিভিন্ন রকম আচার আছে। তবে এনার দোকানটা আমার কাছে খুব ভালো লেগেছে। চার পাস গ্লাস দিয়ে ঢাকার ছিল। কোন মশা মাছির কারবার ছিল না। ভিতরে যাওয়ার মত কোন সিস্টেম নেই। এখান থেকে সর্বনিম্ন ২০ টাকার থেকে শুরু। তাই ২০ টাকা দিয়ে যেকোনো আচার কেনা যাবে। আমি দুই প্রকারের আচার নিয়েছিলাম চালতা এবং আম। ভালোই লেগেছে। খাবার শেষে হাতটা আঠালো আঠালো হয়ে গেল। এটাই সমস্যা।
ওয়াজ শুনতে গিয়ে ওয়াজ শুনলাম আবার মজার মজার খাবার খাইলাম সময়টা বেশ ভালোই গেল। দেখতে দেখতে রাত বারোটা বেজে গেল আর এর মাঝে ওয়াজ মাহফিল শেষ হয়ে গেল।
এতক্ষণ যারা আমার সঙ্গে ছিলেন তাদেরকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানাই। আপনারা সকলে ভালো থাকুন সুস্থ থাকুন এই কামনা করে আজকের মত বিদায় নিচ্ছি।

Pickles are a tempting food. Everyone benefits a little from this food. There are different types of pickles here. But I really liked this shop. It was a four-pass glass shop. There was no mosquito netting. There is no system to enter. From here, the minimum starts from 20 taka. So you can buy any pickle for 20 taka. I took two types of pickles, chalta and mango. I liked it. After eating, my hands became sticky. That's the problem.
I went to listen to the sermon and ate delicious food. The time was quite good. It was almost midnight and the sermon mahfil was over.
