This looks really delicious. It makes me think of some of the stuff that my wife makes. She is quite the cook.

        There are so many dishes I want to experiment on, particularly chicken dishes and seafood. Which reminds me, I make a killer paella!!! Maybe I should do that at the next affair here at my house!

              I've never had paella, but my wife's uncle used to make it all the time when they lived down in Key West. I never got to meet him, but he sounded like a really cool guy.
