It definitely looks interesting. So basically garbanzo bean flour and then whatever else you want? My wife made a nice dish with chickpeas last night.

There is smaller variety of chickpeas... it appears to be brown and small.in size. The flour is made by roasting or sometime fried in white sand before powder is made.
