Cooking Process:
- Peel the carrots and potatoes, then cut them into smaller pieces.

- Then blend all the spices except the cinnamon and star anise until smooth.
- Prepare the oil, fry the chicken skin until crispy, after it is crispy, remove and blend again with the spices.
- After 10 minutes, remove the chicken and fry until slightly dry.
- In another section, prepare about 3 liters of water and cook until the water boils, after boiling, add the potatoes and carrots.
- Remove the chicken, then drain and put it back into the boiled carrots and potatoes. Cook again
- In the oil left over from frying the chicken, sauté the ground spices, then add the tomatoes, cinnamon and star anise.
- Then add 1 tsp salt, sugar and chicken stock seasoning.
- After the spices are cooked, add the spices to the boiled vegetable soup.
- Then add the other vegetables into the vegetable soup.
Correct the taste, then add the finely sliced celery leave
and also add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.
Chicken Vegetable Soup is ready to be served.
