Aquí estoy súper emocionada de compartir con ustedes una deliciosa receta creada por mí jajaja sé que se estarán preguntando cómo será ¿verdad? Pues se trata de unas deliciosas papas rellenas con pescado ya que siempre aprovecho todo lo que vengo y las preparo con una pequeña porción de pescado desmenuzado que me quedó del almuerzo y por eso les dije que voy a preparar estas ricas papas al horno con pecado.
Las papas son un tubérculo que a decir verdad se incluye en muchos platillos y cabe mencionar que es muy fácil de preparar ya sea cocidas, fritas o incluso al horno como lo haré esta tarde que disfrutaremos a la hora de la cena. Sin más preámbulos les voy a presentar los pasos a seguir para esta deliciosa receta.

Well it is a delicious stuffed potatoes with fish since I always take advantage of all I came and prepared them with a small portion of shredded fish that I had left from lunch and that's why I said I'm going to prepare these rich baked potatoes with sin.
Potatoes are a tuber that to tell the truth is included in many dishes and it is worth mentioning that it is very easy to prepare either cooked, fried or even baked as I will do this afternoon that we will enjoy at dinner time. Without further ado, I will be presenting the steps to follow for this delicious recipe.
100gr de pescado desmenuzado
1 papa
1 tomate
1 ramita de perejil
50gr de queso mozzarella
100gr of shredded fish
1 potato
1 tomato
1 sprig of parsley
50gr mozzarella cheese

Step by step
- Lavar bien la patata y ponerla en una olla con agua y sal a fuego medio-bajo, esperando a que cueza hasta que quede blanda y al dente, y entonces retirar la pulpa del interior, dejando un hueco.
Wash the potato well and place it in a pot with water and salt over medium-low heat, waiting for it to cook until it becomes soft and al dente, and then remove the pulp from the inside, leaving a hole.
- Mientras se cuece la patata empezaré a preparar los ingredientes para nuestras patatas rellenas de pescado.
While the potato is cooking I will begin to prepare the ingredients for our stuffed potatoes with fish.
- Una vez que las papas estén listas al dente seguiré añadiendo el relleno de pescado desmenuzado que ya tengo preparado. Lo iré añadiendo hasta rellenarlo por completo.
Once the potatoes are ready al dente I will continue adding the shredded fish stuffing that I have already prepared. I will add it until it is completely filled.
- Ahora para terminar colocaré el papel encerado en la bandeja y luego colocaré las rodajas de tomate para poder colocar encima las papas rellenas. Luego agregaré el queso mozzarella y por último verteré el perejil picado, y rápidamente las llevaremos al horno previamente calentado durante veinte minutos esperando a que se cocinen y doren.
Now to finish I will place the waxed paper on the tray and then place the tomato slices in order to place the stuffed potatoes on top. Then I will add the mozzarella cheese and finally I will pour the chopped parsley, and then we will quickly take them to the oven previously heated for twenty minutes waiting for them to cook and brown.
