Zucchini With Egg and Cheese

For tonight's dinner, I prepared something delicious and healthy for me and my family. A wonderful zucchini dish that is not only delicious, but also very healthy. I started by cutting the zucchini in half lengthwise and hollowing out the insides. Then I grated the insides and sautéed them in a little olive oil along with fresh dill and garlic. This aromatic mixture gives this dish an incredible flavor.

You only need a few products:
3 medium-sized zucchini
4 eggs
100 g cheese (you can use feta or other hard cheese)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of fresh dill
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Ham (amount according to preference)
Bread (fresh or whole grain)
Olives (for garnish)

Once the stewed zucchini was ready, I mixed it with the beaten eggs and crumbled cheese. The resulting filling is a combination of flavors and textures. I stuffed the hollowed out zucchini and put them in the oven to bake until golden brown.

I added a few slices of ham to this delicious dish, which complements the taste of the zucchini and gives even more protein. As a garnish, I added fresh bread and olives, which enrich the overall feeling of the food.

Usually I eat zucchini filled with meat but looks good with cheese too.
