So What's Next for us at Claire's Crazy Cakes, Bakes, and Kitchen Hacks?
I learnt so much, but with both the Easter Rush and Mother's day, I really took a dive into the deep end.
At least, from client feedback, I know what I'm selling is excellent.
The next step is to get regular clients on board like local coffee shops and bakeries, preparing a proper PDF pricelist of what I can offer at realistic prices and get some real business cards done, and maybe even a website!!
We had this uncollected cake from Mother's day and yay to the restaurant that received it as a sample. It's the most enormous sample you'll ever get!
I think the idea is to maybe three heart shaped cupcakes of my absolute best and most popular recipes, and drop those off with a pricelist a local retailers.
But how do I decide which cakes to add to my pricelist as bade products?
I love baking so much and have come up with some pretty wildly delicious combinations over time, but I need to pick what sells.
In the mean wile, we have a birthday coming up this week on the 19th so I get to bake what ever I want or at least, whatever @merenludick wants!
I will be doing custom cakes, but as a limited add on. I'm not interested in wedding cakes.
Anyway, it's one foot in front of the other and losing is only a certainty if you don't try.
P.s yes I am willing to trade cakes for business cards and pricelist printing! Or boring old cash... but drop me a DM if you can help a girl out!
