RE: Spicy Green Chilli recipe - the recipe which make your meal more delicious & flavourful.

Wooooohooooo this is right up my ally! I love the addition of mango to the recipe. Have you tried adding fresh mango and frying it up with the chillies? I LOVE atchar. I would love to learn to make it myself. I can eat it straight out of the bottle!

I have my own chillie recipe that I use as a base for almost everythng I cook ad it can be used ans a condiment. It's so healthy and actually ends up replacing all thee bad fats and sugar in processed, store bought sauces, including mayonaise, which is my absolute downfall! My chillie mix witth a splash of lemon juice totally scratches that itch though!

I also lose a ton of weight without even trying when I have had time to make a batch. It's so versatile! The trick is in letting it rest for a few days before consuming. It really brings out the flavours and helps to take the edge off if you have used very spicy chilies. Of course, it makes a massive difference to use fresh ingredients as well, as opposed to powders or dehydrated ingredients.. If you are blessed with a green thumb like @zakludick, you can forage most of it from your garden!

I need to get into that garden and we need more water for the water meter. lol

pity we can't build a borehole 🙄 I mean, our garden looks so lush and green now after all the winter rain, but it will be dry as a bone as summer approaches.

Apparently, it is not impossible...

Also... money for more water... possible if our income was better...

well that's positive. Something we'll have to work on, but positive.
