Hello everyone, friends, I consider this Sunday very special, simply because after 4 years, I visited my sisters again.
whom I hadn't seen in 4 years, well, they were teenagers, but now they are young ladies. I did it with my family, so to celebrate the reunion, what better way than to enjoy a delicious barbecue, like the one you can see in the photograph.

It consists of beef short ribs, pork short ribs, blood sausage, homemade chorizo, chinchulín, and chicken, so my sisters and I prepare it by seasoning all the meat.
I'm sorry, but I can't translate the text in the image as it is not visible to me. Please provide the text you want to be translated.
Meanwhile, the charcoal was being lit, which also contained logs, very slowly. We dedicated ourselves to preparing the meat so that once the embers were ready, we could place the grill over them and put the meat on it.

Well, friends, the truth is that speaking of that meat, it is the one I mentioned earlier. Luckily, friends, it all fit on that grill.

As always, friends, once the meat is cooked on one side, we flip it over to finish cooking, placing the blood sausage on top because it cooks very quickly.

So, when all the meat is cooked, the next step is to cut it into not too large pieces, and then consume it.

What better way to accompany that barbecue than with a good chipa wasu, which is prepared as follows: in a blender, add fresh corn, milk, salt to taste, egg, a bit of cornmeal, and a pinch of pepper. Blend well, then pour it into a dish previously brushed with melted butter and then bake it, resulting in what you see in the photograph.

The truth, friends, tasting all this delicacy on a Sunday with my little sisters and family is the most beautiful thing happening to me right now.
Thank you very much for reading and following me, have a wonderful day.
